Quite the reminder of wisdom and acceptance from Frost. But then, I cannot think of another way out of any situation, and hence the rephrase.
And the way through rarely looks like the best or the less hurtful. It turns out to be extremely trying and dreadful. Yet, living in denial can just increase the pain of eventually finding yourself obliged to walk through the fire. It might seem like there are several ways of going around it, until you hit a blind lane at every turn, and then come back to an evermore difficult journey through the fiery path.
All this rant to say: Distractions and wilful blindness cannot offer the life you aspire for. It takes blunt transparency with the self to acknowledge situational challenges, limitations, resources and opportunities alike. And that is what enables you to create the peace and joy you aspire for.
I am curious to know what you think of it, though. Please feel free to comment with any other way out of trying times that you can think of.
