#DEI has become quite the buzzword. Abbreviated for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, DEI-compliance has been made an obligation for most organisations in various ways and forms.
But you see, rules and regulations can CONTROL the exhibition of behaviour.

And, yet.
Can laws CHANGE human behaviour intrinsically?
Maybe. Maybe not. I guess, we’ll never really know!

Diversity in itself is a fact. To turn it into a strength of the human community, we need compassion and inclusivity. And that is never easy, but always worth it.
