Interesting to note is that the second category of people often offer way more help, even when the first type might seem to leave you on your own.

  • There are people who will help you by doing things for you instead of sharing how to do it yourself.
  • And then there are people who will trust you to learn how to do it yourself and tell you all about it.
  • The difference is often too subtle to notice. Yet, it’s important to take note of who we accept help from and how.

In a parallel conversation: Let this also be a reminder for us when we want to help others. Are we empowering them with the help we have to offer? Or are we crippling them with our help?

May you find the courage to accept only the help you deserve!

Get the help you deserve. Help others as you’d want them to help you.
