Appreciate Your World: with Authenticity & Generousity

Daily writing prompt
What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?

THE change I envision SassyWits.Live to be in this world:

As someone once said: “Dead people receive more flowers than the living ones because regret is stronger than gratitude.

This quote had silenced me into the dark realization of how we, myself included, can speak of the nicest characteristics of a person and all the good times we had only when they are gone forever. But, when we still have this very person in our lives, somewhere in this world, we are so quick to judge, to find faults, to criticise, to mock. It’s heartbreaking.

And that made me make this little promise to myself that no matter what, I will do my best to find something good enough to appreciate in every person I interact with. And yes, it is always easy to share “constructive criticism” but it takes a hell lot of effort to simply appreciate someone and end it there. That’s the inspiration for this sassy witty blog too.

Let’s be bold enough to share around heartfelt gratitude. Let’s be wise enough to appreciate people while we still have them around in our lives. Be your own sunshine!
