For humankind, the second most difficult thing to say out loud (the first still being Worcestershire sauce) is, ‘I am not good enough for this. I need help.’
To know when to step aside and let someone else step in, for the greater good, is not a weakness.
It’s a strength, and it’s called grace.
Grace is an acquired skill. And a much treasured one too.
